RUH – Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the RUH website (https://ruh.ms/) and any purchases made through it.

By using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old or use the Site under supervision of a legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee product descriptions, availability, or pricing. Prices may change without notice.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. RUH reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Approved refunds are issued only as store credit (digital gift card) sent to the customer’s registered email.

Refunds are not issued to the original payment method, except eligible cancellations within 1 hour of purchase.

Return shipping fees (AED 50 UAE / AED 120 International) are deducted from the refund.

All website content is owned by RUH and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

RUH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of changes.

RUH operates under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to UAE jurisdiction.

We accept Visa and MasterCard payments in AED.

We do not provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries in accordance with UAE law.

Customers must retain transaction records and follow all merchant policies.
